We are looking for :
HR Lead:
Should have at least 5 years domain experience across multiple functions in the HRMS space. Should have atleast 4-5 years in the SAP HR consulting space.
Multi-project experience across implementation of HRMS solutions as well as support
Attributes:
SAP HR - Project Management skills, Proactive, Self Driven, Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal), Good Inter-personal skills, Good Co-ordination skills, Excellent Client handling skills, Leadership qualities, Good Documentation skills, Business Analysis skills, Ability to conduct Blueprinting workshops
Should have experience in:
Good knowledge of ASAP methodology

SAP HR - OM, PA, Time Management, Exposure to multi-country payroll (amongst India, USA, UK, Canada, European Countries, Asia Pacific), ESS, MSS, Performance Appraisals in ECC 5.0/6.0, E-Recruitment, E-Learning, Compensation Management, Personnel Development, Learning Solutions, Benefits
