Should have clear knowledge on Operating systems, Management.
Have strong organizational skills.
Be a self starter and self directed.
Possess highly developed interpersonal skills, including high level written and verbal communication skills.

Be a team player.
The candidate should have good experience working in Microsoft environments and hands-on experience in administering, disaster recovery, migration, and other issues.
Good working knowledge on Microsoft Platform 2000/2003. Knowledge of Exchange 2007 would be an added advantage.
Should have an excellent trouble shooting skills in solving complex and critical issues related to Microsoft servers and need to adapt to new technologies quickly.
The candidate should have good conceptual knowledge in Active Directory, Clustering, Networking and DNS.
MCSE Certification - A Must.
