•UAT and QA
•Component management
•Management of work schedule
•Troubleshooting desktop application and windows
•Registry settings,
•Group policies and desktop security
•Creation and modification of logon scripts and other VB scripts
•Packaging for a Citrix environment
Willing to work in 24/7 Support
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
