| |
*Strong Chordiant design and development skills gained in the context of enterprise level projects
* Strong Object-Oriented design and development skills
* Strong Java and J2EE skills including JSP, JavaScript, Servlets, XML,JDBC, Connector Architecture, ANT
* Understanding of and experience with development methodologies - UML in particular - exposure to different environments and architectures
* Strong business and systems analysis skills preferably applied to the Telecommunications vertical - or financial as second choice
* Familiarity with typical analysis and design tools particularly Rational Rose
* Understanding of and experience with software development tools, ECLIPSE or WSAD, ClearCase
* Demonstrated attention to detail through prior experience at the
implementation level
* Strong analytical/problem solving skills
* Strong verbal, written communication and team skills -- ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience,
* Any experience of developing environment monitoring tools would be advantageous. |
