Description : |
| |
· Responsible for direct tax compliance of subsidiaries viz. TDS payment, e-TDS return, FBT payment, issuing TDS certificates, etc.
· Responsible for indirect tax compliance of subsidiaries viz. service-tax payment, VAT/CST payment, service-tax return, VAT audit
· Tax audit, tax return, FBT return & TP return of subsidiaries
· Preparation & reviewing quarterly deferred & current tax provisions of subsidiaries
· Checking withholding tax rate on foreign vendor payment of subsidiaries & parent company for which need to have basic understanding of double taxation avoidance agreements
· Assistance in quarterly tax provisions of parent company
· Assistance in scrutiny & TP assessments of parent company
· Assistance in tax audit, tax & TP return of parent company
