o Experience of 8 to 15 years in software testing
o Should have experience managing 35-40 members team
o Hands on experience in the following
o Test planning & good understanding of different testing techniques
o Test automation & Performance testing
o Experience in involving in Presales for QA engagements
o Good at test effort estimation, WBS and scheduling
o Good at planning and tracking progress
o Good communication skills
o Preferable to be certified (PMI or any other similar certifications)
o Good understanding of different Product, Process and People related metrics
o Experience in setting objectives / goals & mentor / facilitate team to accomplish the same |
