Desired profile: Candidate must be a Law graduate / Post Graduate & should have 2-3 yrs exp from reputed corporate house. Candidate should have good communication skill with hands on experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation. Candidate should be hard working and quick learner. Prior IT experience may be added advantages.
Job Description:
Drafting, reviewing and finalizing software product sales and services agreements.
Providing tactical and strategic legal input on contracts issues, business development and operational issues.
Work closely with deal team and providing them with innovative business solutions.
Periodically review, amend and advise changes to the standard company's contracts in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Occasionally co-ordinate with outsourced legal counsel.
