Description : |
|
Track status of deliverables by reviewing Lotus Notes Databases, Excel documents, Project schedules and email.
Report on project status by providing updates via email using Lotus Notes.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word and communicate them to stakeholders.
Update MS project plan based on project base progress of the project
Conduct ongoing research on status
Effectively communicate with the clients and partners through email
Participate in escalation discussions and diffuse the confrontational situations
Complete / Fill out capacity approval forms
Coordinate with approvers for approvals
Support approvers for any clarifications on capacity requests with coordination with AD teams
Provide status reporting on capacity requests approval
