| |
Conducting weekly cross-project calls with development leads to obtain development status, including percent complete, issue tracking, and schedule tracking.
Conducting weekly project calls for the larger projects.
Attending weekly calls with the Single Stack Project Management Office (PMO) to provide project status and answer questions.
Ensuring all project information is correct in the Project Tracking Tool (PTT) and Enterprise Portfolio Application Services (EPAS) tool, and enter weekly updates on the project status in the PTT summary.
Provide weekly reports on the financial status of individual projects and monthly financial forecast reports.
Publish a weekly project summary to all development leads which includes a list of all upcoming meetings.
Publish a weekly status report.
Standard PM activities such as issue resolution, monitoring and tracking the project against project objectives, ensuring all tasks on the project schedule are completed, etc.
Experience Level: 4 - 7 years
Should be open to work in US timings
