Responsibilities
Facilitate during design phase
High-level design reviews
Low-level design review
Facilitate creation of Design Documents (facilitation only)
Facilitate during coding phase
Code walkthrough
Code review
Ensure adherence of code to low level and high level design
Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and standards
Check algorithms, data flow, process flow
Knowledge portal management
Requirement
Must to have:
1) Overall 3-5 years experience in C, C++, VC++, MFC, ATL, and COM
2) 1-2 years design experience
3) Proficient in OOPs, OOAD, Design patterns, refactoring, good coding practices
4) Proficient in usage of design tools like Rational Rose, Star UML, and Together J
5) Must be able to guide jr team members in technical area of project
A) Working knowledge of UNIX
B) Medical domain knowledge (Optional) |
