Required Skills:
Should have worked on Core Java, J2ee, Jsp, Servlets, ejb etc…
Should have been exposed to Design patterns, Estimations and UML Assignments.
Must have handled a team of more than 5 members.
Sound skills in technical training
Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (CMM, ISO)
Academic : Any Engineering graduate or hold a relevant Bachelor Degree (preferably Science)
Exp: 5-8 years
