Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a top tier database team
- Allocate resources to meet project deadlines
- Regularly mentor and provide feedback to DBAs
- Assist with interviewing and hiring
- Work with sales teams to grow the business
- Work with global IPsoft teams in US, UK, Netherlands, Japan, and India to create database standards, implement monitoring and maintenance tools, and define overall strategies to maintain and improve quality of service.
- Speak to clients at both technical and executive levels to discuss upcoming projects and directly manage client satisfaction
-Profound Knowledge in ORacle DBA in Production Support Environment
-Experience in US is a plus
Requirements
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience leading a team of over 10 people
- Experience with large enterprise mission critical 24x7x365 configurations
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to maintain productivity and service levels in a high stress environment
