Manpower requirement as per Organization’s prospective, catering to the manpower requirement plans.
Recruitment through Jobsites, Recruitment Consultants, Internal References, Advertisements, Personal contacts.
Tech Recruiter – Trained in Java Technology to exclusively handle Open systems requirement.
Offer formality and Salary negotiations
Handle resource deployment on T&M projects and redeployment.
Experience in recruiting all kinds of skilled IT professionals like Java, J2ee, Microsoft Technologies, SAP (most of the modules), UNIX, Mainframes, Testers, IMS and client server technologies etc.
Ensure that Recruitment plans & targets are met on schedule & within the budget
Ensure seamless communication between recruitment team and Tech Panel
Scrutinizing, short listing and Scheduling. Coordinating further rounds of interviews and all follow up action thereafter till closures.
Ensure process flow as per CMMi level 5
