Logging of all incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk by telephone or email
First line incident investigation
Desktop support
To achieve set Key Performance Indicators
Assignment to 2nd and 3rd line support as necessary
End to end ownership of all incidents and service requests to resolution
Proactively updating users and progress of tickets
Identifying process improvements
Knowledge transfer to other team members
