1.Candidate should have experience in Action Script 3.0
2. Strong Object Oriented Programming knowledge
3. Having knowledge of design patterns and MVC architecture (Cairngorm Micro architecture)
4. Experience in developing complex Graphical User Interface
5. Good knowledge of working with flex components and developing Custom components using AS 3.0
6. Strong knowledge of XML technologies, including experience with XML Objects
7. Good Understanding of Consuming Web Services, HTTP Services, Remoting using Flash
8. Proficiency in JavaScript / AJAX / DHTML
9. Intermediate level experience of any server side technology interaction with Flash (JSP/VB/PHP) is also required
