Description : |
| |
Develop Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Procedures for performing software testing.
Map Business requirements to Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Take active ownership of project or product quality.
Work with developers to defines quality assurance requirements and performance benchmarks for major product components as necessary
Use a defect tracking system to report defects, analyze outstanding defects and defect reporting.
Diagnose severity of problems and take a leadership role in problem resolution.
Lead the QA team and provide regular updates on progress in the testing area.
Knowledge / Skill Requirements:
Requires 6 - 8 years of work experience in software Quality Assurance testing and analysis.
Should have good knowledge in QTP.
Should have had exposure to Java/web based testing.
Validation – Good at Metrics and Estimations.
Exposure to testing tools mandatory.
Good oral and written communications skills.
