In this role, you will be a part of the Service Quality Team which monitors company wide operations. You will work on various projects and gain exposure to the latest technologies and methodologies. This role consists of constant communication with all levels of our company around the world and is vital to assuring the highest level customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* BS in Computer Science or related degree
* Experience with Unix Systems Administration a plus
* Experience in a corporate setting a plus.
* Experience with Windows and PC Configuration, installation, testing or troubleshooting.
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work on project teams
* The passion and ability to learn new technologies
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Strong Microsoft product knowledge
* Strong drive and dedication a must!
