| |
Key Tasks:
Prepare SEC quarterly and annual reports in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting rules for a public company in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist in research on changes in Indian GAAP, US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and implement as appropriate to ensure the Company's accounting policies remain in compliance at all times.
Handle various corporate accounting matters during the month end close process.
Prepare Statutory Financials of Indian Entities as per Indian GAAP and Companies Act in an accurate and timely manner.
Review monthly reconciliations and prepare various MIS reports including reporting packs for Senior Management on monthly basis for all entities across locations.
Identify and document impact of differences between IFRS and Indian GAAP and US GAAP on Indian entity as well as on US entity.
Assist in the preparation of the company's quarterly earnings releases. Coordinate preparation of the company's Annual Report.
Coordinate statutory audit and all other compliance audits in both India and US.
Assist in analysis, due diligence and integration of new mergers and acquisitions. |
