Troubleshooting and repair support for POTS, xDSL and IPTV technologies
transported over fibre and copper networks
-Responsible for a geographical area to complete customer orders dispatched
on a daily basis
Additional Requirements
-Self-motivated and ability to organize workloads and work with little
direction
-Safety conscious and ability to work with minimal supervision
-Good communication skills
-Quick learner
-Knowledge of basic voice (POTS), data services (xDSL), IP network
configuration would be an asset
-This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit
background check
