Description : |
| |
1. Manage Territory Sales Incharge. This includes the following :
i) Supervising the work of TSI and provide training and guidance.
ii) Preparing the PJPs with TSI based on the defined callage and coverage norms.
iii) Playing an active role in the JC meetings with TSI to review their performance and analyse reasons for variance from targets.
2. Manage Stockists :
i) Monitor the profitability of the Stockists.
ii) Ensure that the stockists’ management of the business, his records are as per company’s policies.
3. Give Information to the RSM about the following :
i) Performance of TSI
ii) Issues raised by stockists and retailers regarding company norms, damages, etc.
iii) Competitive activity
4. Ensure that reporting is done as per company’s requirements.
5. Complete administrative work like checking expenses statements and actual remittances, leave status, etc.
