| |
The candidate must have proven experience in supporting complex implementations of SAP based solutions with diverse knowledge/expertise of multiple SAP products, including ECC, BW, PI and Solution Manager is required.
• Must possess a 3 to 5 years of Basis/Netweaver Administration
• Highly analytical and good troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and ability to work in a fast paced environment Other duties include:
• Implementing, administering and supporting SAP Netweaver J2EE/ABAP stacks running on an AIX/DB2 platform.
• Strong Solution Manager 7.1 experience in setting up and maintaining Dash-boards and alerts.
Other duties include:
• Facilitate the definition of all relevant aspects of operating and technical architecture of systems. This includes DB2 LUW Database and IBM AIX OS.
• Feasibility studies on system performance and project reviews.
• May be asked to work in several areas, for example, system administration, database administration, network administration and operating system administration.
• Administration tasks include installing and upgrading SAP, applying support packs, applying kernel upgrades, installing third party software interfacing with SAP, participating in system copies/refreshes, and participating in problem resolution including an on-call rotation.
• Provide guidance and offer solution to users on business problems
• Able to provide alternative approaches to resolve issues
• Provide routine SAP helpdesk support and support to other related business applications
• Timely response to users requests and queries
• Timely completion of projects and assignments
