| |
+ Years data mining/handling experience, preference toward cy
• 5+ Years developing/coding in a relational database environment using SQL or running/executing ETL
• 2 to 3 years prior experience in working with End-users to capture and deliver on requirements
• 2 to 3 years of previous experience in creating data lineage, documentation of technical and business Metadata following all aspect of the project life cycle and methodology
• Greatly experienced in data analysis/preparation and documentation in an environment where data is heavily consumed for modeling, reporting and analytic
• Solid understanding of new industry/regulatory data management practices, including experience working and responding to auditors. While not a must, previous IT audit in a data environment is highly desired.
• Experienced in developing/documenting IT data controls or gaps and risks
• Great at understanding and translating policy into actionable steps
• Be an excellent presenter and communicator.
• Able to work independently with excellent time/project management skills
• At a minimum, Associates Degree or Higher in Computer Science, application or Database development/Management
• Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel, word and PowerPoint. Experience with Visio is also a plus
