3+ years Oracle / Unix development
3+ years Configuration Management experience [Clearcase, Perforce]
1+ years experience with ClearCase UCM
2+ years Ant or equivalent build management tool

Good understanding of CM Best Practices, Change and Release Management
Good understanding of branching and merging code
Ability to implement and maintain configuration management processes
