Candidate will support a Siebel Enhancement project in a production environment. The Admin will be responsible for supporting remote users / sales reps during this enhancement. Ideal candidate will possess a background in Pharma, however non pharma Siebel administrators will also be considered.

| |
Administers all project work related to the Siebel Environment, including but not limited to ad- hoc data loads, queries, and the coordination of configuration releases.
* Administers production schedules and activities relating to routine data feeds into the Siebel database (i.e.: 3rd party data, legacy system data, etc.)
* Tracks application enhancements including, but not limited to, bug fixes, change requests, and regression testing.
* Help consolidate bug lists for debugging.
* Gathers enhancement requests from clients and works with the Configuration Specialists to enhance programs based on requirements.
