The successful candidate will be a self-starter, who is able to work with little supervision, and must have experience in production level software development.
The candidate must have highly effective interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
Leadership qualities and team builder/player attributes are highly desirable.
More importantly, is the ability to communicate issues with diverse groups in a fast-paced environment.
Looking for technical analysts that do not have any problems getting into a database for data analysis but who can also keep a functional perspective on the solution we’re developing.
Finally, the candidate will be a self motivated problem solver with a clear understanding of full software development lifecycle processes.
