Management of in-bound and out-bound feeds.
- Validation that batch jobs are successful (runs jobs, checks error logs and rejection reports)
- Validation of data quality
- Detailed issue analysis and resolution (implementation of cleansing processes)
- Communication with client's internal and external customers as required to resolve issues
- Coordinate specific issue resolution with offshore team
Provide enhancement design, development and test support
- Provide second level technical support |
