Other Portal experience is acceptable--ie. IBM, Vignette, Oracle, Plumtree (Plumtree would be the most preferred since Bea bought them a year or so ago)
--If no portal, strong J2EE development and architecture. Heavy JSP development and strong with the development of Netgui tags. Some exposure to WLS would be preferred.
