Description : |
| |
System and Application Administration on Siebel 7.8 - includes troubleshooting, restarts, creating LOV's, changing system preferences, server parameters, session managers, components groups, request brokers, event logging, application object manager, profile configuration etc.
- Deploy SRF, BScripts, Repository migration and DDL Sync.
- Maintain user administration
- Control access to data.
- Wellness checks of all Siebel and related components.
- Respond to calls with the specified service level for rapid response support.
- Execution and troubleshooting the data loads.
- Change Control
