Monitor daily change schedule in ICS system
Implement Changes following instruction on NCTs
Execute test plan as required
Execute back out plan as required
Prepare close down activities
Communicate and follow-up with project managers as required
Provide post change phone support as required
Create vendor case as required
Work problem tickets as required
Execute RMA process for replacement parts
Interact with technical support and operation personnel
Perform escalation for process deviation
Perform turnover to operation
Update documentation
Track and report time
