| |
IT project manager with 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects of an appropriate size
Experience with SAP
Experience in delivering complex technical solutions within an aggressive timeframe
Has delivered several IT projects that include both custom and package integration solutions in a SAP environment
Ability to design solutions, present alternatives, reach consensus, control scope creep, dive into technical detail, match technical skills to technical needs, etc. hands-on vs. having had project team leads or other team members that this person merely coordinated
Proven track record meeting budget and schedule while still meeting or exceeding business requirements and goals
Experience with a known project methodology (like MSF/RUP) and willingness to learn our project methodology
Excellent communicator and people leader |
