LBM experience is a plus but not the main criteria we're looking for.
Must have good communication skills.
Day-to-day will be a mix of strategic and tactical.
Immediate tactical need is to establish monitoring parameters, procedures and hawk alerts.
Will also provide support as needed for production issues related to excessive resend requests, general application misbehavior and capacity issues.
Candidate would also participate in strategic efforts to establish a utility infrastructure for RVRD and RVCache, define boarding procedures for the utility, and assist in the remediation of applications that do not meet best practice guidelines.
