Description : |
| |
Contractor will design, develop, modify, evaluate, and document new enhancements to existing systems. Tasks include analyze existing programs, devising logic procedures, performing coding & testing/debugging programs. Contractor will develop conversion and system implementation plans, will prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation, and will train users in all implementations.
Technologies utilized include SQL Server (with heavy TSQL utilization), VB.NET and ASP.NET, ASP 2.0. Reporting is done via MS Access, Crystal Reports, and MS Reporting Services. Telecom Billing experience is a must. Candidates must have solid data modeling and data manipulation skills. Mainframe experience / capabilities are preferred.
Candidates must be a team player, have good communication skills (written and verbal), and have experience with a variety of SDLC methodologies.
