As part of Engineering Team, assist in the planning and execution of evaluation and certification testing for all new communications services. This position will require reviewing and understanding all technical requirements for communications services and developing the associated test plans and test cases required to certify the technology selected for overall solutions. This position will require working across organizations, engineering and operations organizations in support of deployment activities associated with communications services |

Work closely with Communications Services Architects and System Engineers to develop and understand technical requirements for communications services
• Develop measurable test cases/scenarios to verify technical requirements are met by technical solution
• Develop test plans including the identification of test equipment required to complete evaluation and certification testing
• Negotiate delivery of software updates from various technology vendors
• Conduct hands-on testing of all technology supporting new communications services
• Develop equipment and network diagrams of test configurations for all certification test efforts
• Work closely with vendors and other testers to diagnose and resolve test issues
