Comments:|Must have experience with BEA Weblogic and have good SOA experience. The SOA Technical Specialist works with the service development teams on architectural and design issues, and with the Operations (ISP) staff on operational, non-functional and maintenance issues. He reinforces the relationship created between the Lead SOA Architect and Project Manager and the service development teams, to assure a strong working relationship amongst the technical team members.
