* Ability to meet with users to identify and document analytics business requirements.
* Ability to convert the business requirements into design artifacts on the Siebel Business Analytics platform.
* Knowledge of finance reporting and key performance indicators.
* Experience migrating datamarts and other business intelligence platforms to the Siebel Business Analytics platform.
* Experience implementing the Siebel Business Analytics for Financials module and Supply Chain module.
* Experience with Siebel Answers.
* Experience with Informatica ETL.
* Experience with Oracle RDMBS and SQL.
