Need a CTI resource to complete design, development, and support / transition documentation for the Siebel CTI configuration. Our onsite / offshore Siebel Team will take care of Siebel application configuration / development. Realistically, this resource would be in a consulting role by default - both from an application development and data communications perspective. FYI - call routing will be programmed and managed within the telephone switch. Avaya is the middleware with a Third-party integrator currently being selected.
