Description : |
| |
Responsible for support tasks including identifying, tracking, and resolving system issues with internal clients and external vendors
Analyzes user needs to develop standard or ad hoc reports
Recommends solutions that take into account both business and technical objectives
Participates in implementing/configuring new features and functionality
Core setup, configuration, and code development
Follow AIM Methodology and Develop BR100, MD50, MD70 documentation
Assist users with configuration decisions and training recommendations
Develop, test, and implement configurable components of the OAB and Employee Self Service modules
Provide customer support and technical expertise for the OAB and Self Service modules
Develop workflows, reports, and forms using Oracle Application Developer guidelines
Facilitate user ownership through effective training and documentation
Provide post-production support for all deployed modules
