Minimum Requirements: Oracle HR Functional Expertise that crosses over with some technical knowledge at least one successful Oracle HR implementation Description: more junior level analyst who would assist to an extent with day to day HRIS operations and help out with the project when applicable. Lawson, Brio (report writing), Oracle, Excel, Access experience all a plus. Description/Objective: Provides highly functional understandings of implementing Oracle (core HR) Pluses are Kronos and Lawson exposure Key activities: Assist the development team and management with an understanding of the Oracle implementation. Understand what the requirements are to implement HR successfully at Client Look for opportunities to utilize new capabilities within Oracle to improve processes rather than recreate what exists today in Lawson Ensure data integrity for extracts and data feeds to third parties Communicate with third parties that interface with Oracle to ensure understanding of requirements, functionality and interfaces Clearly documents and communicates functions that will be changing or are going away Advisor to the project team Provide insight into Business Unit implementations Desired results/outcomes: Accountable for the strategic direction of the Oracle installation Acceptable level of detail to validate configuration, installation,· or deployment of Oracle |
