The Senior Software Engineer performs tasks within the Information Systems department to support, enhance and fix software within the Bill Review business unit of Concen
The person in this position develops programs, pages, data exchanges, reports, scripts, applications and ad-hoc queries for IS staff and business users.
Major Accountabilities:
[70%] Development of programs, objects, components and applications using Java, SWING, PL/SQL, UNIX, XML, XSLT, and other languages as needed.
[20%] Design and execution of regression tests.
Assist other developers/analysts in project planning.
Review tasks and give accurate time estimates.
Mentor junior team members
Create and maintain technical design documentation and/or architecture blueprints
[10%] Meet with users to gather task requirements |
