| |
This position is responsible for producing and maintaining conceptual and logical data models, and physical data architecture of operational data stores, data warehouses and data marts, with particular focus on data marts and dimensional modeling.
Typical tasks and duties:
* Analyze business and functional requirements of assigned projects and translate into technical specifications and data rules required for the construction of a data mart, data warehouse or operational data store.
* Analyze sample data and produce relational or dimensional model based on the data
* Develop data models for new databases.
* Enhance existing data model and update the corresponding database.
* Keep all documentation (business and technical metadata, data models, guidelines and standards, etc., processes) current |
