• Develops technical solutions to support delivery of service requests and application optimization.
• Manage changes by coordinating systems installations, upgrades, patching, configurations and infrastructure changes.
• Work closely with the existing systems and business teams to identify requirements and develop application code.
• Assist in performing analysis and in the production of documentation to support a standardized systems development and implementation methodology.
• Advise and mentor peers.
