| |
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide role creation and role modification for single and composite roles to support diverse business units.
Implement assignment of users to SAP roles.
Comply with all internal and regulated controls.
Implement security policies and procedures for SAP environment.
Creates and maintains user master records, user groups, activity groups, authorizations and profiles.
Facilitate security requirements between SAP user community, configuration and programming teams, and SAP R/3 Security Administration.
Implement user account policies and procedures for SAP environment.
Maintain and assign pre-authorized user accounts across all SAP instances and clients including passwords, pre-defined profiles, and activity groups.
Provide SAP security consultation throughout the Corporation.
Provide support and assistance during internal and external audits.
Research, evaluate and implement new SAP security products, procedures and methods.
Investigate misuse of computer resources.
Develop and administer information security rules and authorizations.
Provide business continuance support.
Provide 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends.
Must demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Ethics and Compliance
Code, and other Company policies and procedures, and take all required training courses.
Must demonstrate respect for all individuals and adhere to the Company's values and business practices.

Minimum of 2 years experience in SAP R3 Security
Experience in Business Warehouse
Experience in ECC 6.0 preferred
Experience in Virsa Compliance Calibrator and Virsa Firefighter
Additional Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Certifications, and Licenses:
Must have excellent SAP R/3 Security skills.
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have a high degree of "customer orientation" and "team focus".
Collaborate across functional boundaries to improve business processes in creative ways
