| |
As a Siebel Analytics/Developer you may participate in and/or be responsible for the following types of tasks associated with Siebel initiatives:
· Process definition and design
· Requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
· Siebel application design and prototyping
· Siebel development including: configuration, scripting, EIM, Actuate, OLTP, OLAP analytics, Informatica, DAK.
· Test scenario definition, script development, and execution
In this role you will be expected to be capable of successfully interacting with client representatives and functional team members in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Important to your success in this position will also be the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions. Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills:
· 2+ years of experience (3+ preferred) implementing Siebel Analytics applications using Siebel best practices.
· Master Analytics certification or equivalent experience on 7.5/7.7 version
· Experience implementing Siebel Marketing.
· Experience working with/enhancing the Siebel Analytics repository.
· Informatica experience within the Siebel environment - knowledge of out-of-the-box mappings as well as development of custom Informatica mappings.
· DAC or DAC-lite experience is a plus
· Experience creating and tuning Analytics reports/dashboards and integrating with the Siebel OLTP application.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills (this resource will be interacting regularly with both technical and non-technical people and must be able to communicate effectively to both groups).
· Should understand importance of structured, controlled production environment and the process of migrating/merging web catalog and/or analytics repository.
