Need a seasoned Notes developer who will be involved in both development and maintenance cycles. Ideal candidate would have prior experience with either professional services or financial services firms. They will interact in a matrixed environment with project managers, analysts and developers. The
technical environment is Lotus Notes/Domino, LEI, data exchange with Oracle and SQL Server.
Expect the Notes developer to communicate heavily with customers and team members: analyze (document requirements/solutions, Visio workflows, etc.),
scope, develop and implement user/system requirements; flexible attitude towards dynamic business environment which includes evolving requirements
while enforcing SDLC methodology.
