The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one Software Test Analyst 3 position, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of ITSAC Software Test Analyst 3Level, Legacy Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the TWC. TWC may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TWC will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker.
TWC’s Fraud Detection Department is enhancing the current legacy Unemployment Insurance Benefits System to include a robust automated case management and workflow system to aid in the detection and processing of fraud and non-fraud overpayments. This system will include the integration of and interface to OCR/Scanning/Imaging functionality. TWC is requesting two Sr. Software Test Analysts with experience in developing mainframe Natural/Adabas/DB2 solutions.
