| |
Partner with our infrastructure groups to support and implement our development, testing and production environments, ie UNIX, Database, Windows and networking groups.
· Perform baseline technical support in the areas of Windows 2003, and Siebel 7.8.
· Provide technical support during major testing such as performance/stress testing.
· Provide off hour & weekend on-call support by responding to any issues occurring in production as well as be on call and support any testing that may occur off hours during major releases.
· Respond to help desk tickets. This includes troubleshooting any remote client issues and environmental issues |

Bachelors in MIS or Computer Science.
· Minimum of five years administering CRM systems with emphasis on Siebel system administration
· Experienced in administering Siebel in a mix environment consisting of UNIX (HPUX), Windows 2003 and Oracle
· Knowledge of Intel based server installation and configuration for win2k
· Knowledge of Oracle DB/SQL
· Knowledge of IIS a plus
· Knowledge of networking protocol and windows domain architecture |
