Siebel, Analytics, business analysis skills, Industry knowledge - especially someone with experience with FDA/HIPAA/Compliance regulations it would be helpful if some of the BAs also had design experience (Siebel and/or Analytics). Candidate must have analytics knowledge. Strong BA background (writing requirements, performing demos, working with end users/business people to elicit reporting and analysis requirements). In addition, if has some PM experience that would be helpful. If they had design/development experience with analytics that would be good as well.
