Candidates must be able to explain at the time of interview their strengths, and demonstrate their technical skills. Most important they MUST be able to think "outside the box" Candidate MUST have : ECommerce experience and Design Patterns involving eCommerce. Excellent understanding of Struts, Struts tag libraries in addition to the following. Skills Required ECommerce experience and Design Patterns involving eCommerce. J2EE Design Patterns pertaining to the lifecycle and have experience with UML and flowcharts. Ciphers and encryption algorithm knowledge is a plus Understanding of development lifecycle: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, Transition. Excellent understanding of Struts, Struts tag libraries, and Struts Validator, versioning software, tagging, branching, merging, and knowledge of Clearcase. Strong experience in development with Java, JSP, JavaScript understands development life cycles through theory and practical knowledge needs to be able to work in a team environment with strict deadlines strong analytical and problem solving skills able to provide direction based on experience Front Office - Sr J2EE experience Consultant skills required · ability to jump from project to project · familiar with working in an eCommerce environment · Strong communication skills · Able to think "outside the box"
