Description : |
| |
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years technical
experience
broadly in the following areas:
* Project - Knowledge and experience from blueprint to design,
implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and testing
in
SAP APO versions 4.0 through 5.0.
* General APO experience - Primary specific APO experience in Supply
Chain
Network Planning (SNP) and
Demand Planning (DP) experience to understand the integration between
SNP
and DP. Production Planning/ Detail Scheduling
(PP/DS) experience an added plus.
* SNP Specific - Heuristics for Distribution Requirements Planning
(DRP),
Deployment Optimizer, Truck Load Building
(TLB) and SNP Optimizer for creation of finite/constraint based Master
Production Schedule (MPS).
* DP Specific - Development of product and product location forecasts to
drive SNP Distribution Requirements Planning.
Experience in forecast realignment, proportional factors maintenance.
Understanding of info cubes, planning areas,
planning books and macros.
* SAP R/3 - Solid understanding of the SAP data model and relevant APO
and
R/3 master data elements (Material Master,
Customer Master, Bill of Materials, etc.). Knowledgeable in all master
data
necessary to support APO implementation.
* Integration- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting R/3
integration
via the Core Interface (CIF), master data
and transactional data integration between APO and R/3 including
development
of integration models.
* SAP BW - Experience with Business Warehouse reporting highly
desirable.
* To work as a team player, to follow the defined work process and to
produce documentation deliverables as
required for a validated system.
