The Employment Security Commission (ESC) is seeking a short term (6-month maximum) contractor to perform tasks associated with the development of the eCheck/Automated Adjustments Applications. This work will be completed under the direction and guidance of permanent staff. The selected canidate will perform the following tasks:
- Application design, planning and development of web based systems. The majority of the work assigned will involve the design and development of new applications that use data from and provide data to relational databases and the mainframe.
- Creation of graphical user interfaces and code development that addresses the business need in the agreed-upon time frame.
- Develop time estimates and identify project milestones |
